Maximum Retail Price
Every pack carries a Maximum Retail Price printed under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. No product may be sold above its printed MRP, and the MRP is inclusive of all taxes. Where this site shows a price it will not exceed the MRP printed on the pack you receive; if the two ever differ, the lower applies. The MRP of each product is printed on its pack.

Content on this site — text, logos, pack designs and photographs — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. You may not use the site for anything unlawful or that interferes with its operation.
Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, ingredients and pack information accurate. The declaration printed on the pack you receive is the definitive one; if it differs from this website, the pack governs. Images are for illustration; actual pack artwork may vary.
Orders and pricing
Where online ordering is enabled, prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund in full if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Trade and private-label enquiries
Quotations, MOQs and lead times given through this site are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights to approach a consumer forum.

You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in. Raising a grievance with us does not affect that right.
